Tackle Fishhook
Question about a style of fishhook? sort of like a carabiner, its got some sort of latch?
its an average size hook, found it in a tackle box. i think like a 1/0 or 2/0 size. maybe 3/0. coming from just below the eye, there is a metal wire that goes down to the point of the hook, then loops back to the starting point. its sort of springy, you can push it down and move the "latch" and it moves out, sort of like a safety pin. anybody tell me what kind of hook it is? and what it may be used for.
