Pack Rod
what are they called? those objects that are made up of densely packed thin rods of metal, that can mould....?
...themselves to any shape against which they are pressed...and where did they orinate? were they some sort of office anti boredom plaything, like those twirling looping perpetual motion mechanisms?
oh yes..and do they come in large sizes?
is there one big enough to be able to mould to your face, and get a metalic reversal of your face that is accurate enough for someone who knew you, to recognise it was your face?

You can see that you CAN get a partial face impression, but it doesn't stay put....the pins fall back as soon as the gadget is tilted so it isn't as though you can make the impression and then mail it to someone and expect the impression to arrive.
