Fishing Birthday
Fishing themed birthday party?
My dad is 50 in decemeber and we were thinking of throwing a surprise party for him. Hes really into fishing so I need help with any ideas, like food or decorations.
If it is at night, you could have lanterns for lighting. If you have pictures from his past fishing experiences, it might be good to set them out. It would make for good conversation.
Have a fish fry and offer fish and chips. Or you could do a surf and turf meal (steak and shrimp/fish).
For dessert, you can make caramel apples and coat them with caramel, white chocolate, crushed oreos, and a couple gummy worms on the top. This apple is called Dirt n worms. It would be a nice touch.
