My legs are driving me crazy coming off pain medications?
I have been on methadone for 15 years and have tried to detox off many times,but every time I get down to nothing I get a terrible nervousness in my lower legs and feet. It is so bad that I can't even lay down.I have tried restless legs medication,zanax and others but nothing helps.Has anyone else had this problem?
Yes and be glad they are not burning so bad that you want to wrap a heating pad around them. They can also produce in the lower legs and calves the most unbearable internal -all-over entire muscle pain that burns as from within as if there is a inferno in your bone marrow.
I never got lucky enough to just get nervous legs. Mine felt like I walked into a vat of acid. ANd a doctor is not going to help you with any of theses symptoms, only another opiate is gonna cancel this. And you do not want this, your gonna have to deal with it. Sorry. But true.
